DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE

Disability Living Allowance (DLA) - is a tax-free, non-means tested benefit for children and adults who need help with personal care or have walking difficulties because they are physically or mentally disabled. It is provided to pay for such services.

At Creative Pathways we believe that DLA could be used to fund our services and fulfil the reason for why we believe this benefit was introduced.

· For those that currently receive this benefit you will be aware of its uses and may consider using this extra money to purchase our services.

· For those that do not currently receive DLA, why not allow us to apply for this benefit on your behalf, and then you can use it to fund your own, tailor-made care-package, allowing you the flexibility and freedom to maintain an independent lifestyle.
