TERMS OF USE FOR CREATIVE PATHWAYS

As a private health-care company, it is important to point out that we should not be viewed as a replacement to statutory services such as the NHS or Social Services. We have no statutory powers in relation to you, the client.

Although we endeavour at all times to maintain your confidentiality, if we feel that a serious incident may occur on the basis of information you have disclosed, such as individuals coming to harm, or a serious breach of the law, we are under a duty to report our concerns to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to cancel any contract with you at any time if we feel that to not do so would be detrimental to our business, you, or ourselves.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept people into our service without offering an explanation.

While recognising that there may be times when levels of distress cause clients to act towards us in a hostile manner, we will not tolerate unwarranted abuse of any kind. Should any incident occur, we would pass on details to the relevant authorities.

Fees are agreed at the point of referral, and are to be paid via Paypal in advance. Any breach of this contract would result in your discharge from the service.

Expenses are charged at 25 pence per mile and must be paid via Paypal alongside service fees.
